If you’re registering from within India, welcome. Domestic registration is built for a clean, no-confusion delegate experience: meals on conference days, your kit, and access to all official sessions and socials.
This add-on is bookable during registration itself. It’s designed for delegates who want a bundled, predictable stay without last-minute hotel chaos.
Domestic delegates are expected to arrange travel to Pune unless otherwise specified under special delegation arrangements. Venue access instructions and conference-day logistics will be shared closer to the event.
International delegates — welcome to India, and welcome to Invictus. This track is designed as a complete, end-to-end program: accommodation, meals, transport, scheduled tours/cultural activities, and all conference access — with a structured legal and logistics framework to keep the experience smooth and compliant.
All international participants must execute a Liability Waiver prior to confirmation of registration. This waiver formally acknowledges risks associated with international travel, local transportation, participation in conference activities, venue movement, and itinerary dependencies.
Completion is a mandatory legal prerequisite. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund, since vendors, accommodation blocks, and itinerary partners are secured in advance based on confirmed headcount.
International registrations also require a Financial Waiver, confirming that participants understand currency conversion risks, banking delays, documentation timelines, and policy-based deductions where applicable. This protects the integrity of the international program’s fixed-cost commitments.
Both waivers must be accepted prior to final confirmation. No waiver = no confirmation. It’s strict because the backend costs are strict.
If you require an institutional visa support letter from the Secretariat, you must register at least 75 days prior to the conference to allow verification and documentation processing.
International registrations close 60 days before the conference. Late requests may not be accommodated under any circumstance due to vendor lock-ins and document workflow.
Delegation participation is designed for institutions and organized groups that want streamlined coordination, smoother verification, and better pricing. If you’re coming as a school/college/private group — this is your lane.
Delegation pricing applies only when the minimum group count is met and confirmed through the registration process. Institutional delegations may be asked to provide an authority point of contact for verification.
Delegations planning shared accommodation or coordinated transport should communicate early. The Secretariat may publish optional partner options (if arranged), but availability depends on vendor capacity and safety caps.
